  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
