Baked Italian Grinder Sandwiches are a delicious blend of turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain.
  4. Layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham on the bottom half of the bread.
  5. Add marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, olives, and banana peppers on top.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Close the sandwich and wrap in foil.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
