  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Chop the biscuits into quarters and place in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Add the crumbled bacon and cheese, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
