- 12 ounces bow tie pasta
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
- Add half of the cooked pasta on top of the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the pasta.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining sauce and cheeses on top.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
