  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in a bowl.
  3. Pour into a greased round cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Let the brownie cool completely.
  5. Spread the vanilla ice cream on top of the cooled brownie.
