Cheesecake Crescent Rolls Casserole

A delightful and easy dessert recipe combining the creaminess of cheesecake with the flakiness of crescent rolls.

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crescent roll layer in the casserole dish.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
