This cheesecake recipe is an easy and indulgent dessert that anyone can make at home.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream and flour until fully combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a flavored cheesecake, add cocoa powder or fruit puree to the batter.
