2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
3 cups egg noodles, cooked
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cooked noodles, cream of chicken soup, peas and carrots, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier topping, sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top before baking.
Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
