  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, almond butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of muffin liners.
  4. Add a dollop of the pumpkin mixture on top of the chocolate.
  5. Cover with more melted chocolate until the mixture is fully sealed.
  6. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
