  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
  4. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and coconut cream until well combined.
  5. Spread the coconut filling over the cooled crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
