- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add the butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then roll up the cake with the help of parchment paper.
- Whip the heavy cream and spread it over the rolled cake.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
