Cookies and Cream Rolls

Deliciously soft and creamy, these Cookies and Cream Rolls are perfect for any celebration!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add the butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool, then roll up the cake with the help of parchment paper.
  8. Whip the heavy cream and spread it over the rolled cake.
  9. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
