Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, spinach, onion, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
