Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet, layer with cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Melt butter and brush on the outside of the buns.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool briefly, and serve warm.
