- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices turkey bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture and scramble until fully cooked.
- Place the slider buns on a baking sheet, layer with cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and top with cheddar cheese.
- Melt butter and brush on the outside of the buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
