  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Blend in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and flour until fully combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Optional: Top with caramelized sugar for a brulee effect before serving.
