Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Add cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Toss to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately.
