Creamy Winter Vegetable Casserole

A creamy and comforting winter casserole featuring turkey bacon and seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup chopped sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and turkey bacon.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and seasonings. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
