Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites

A delicious and easy appetizer of crispy salmon bites with a savory bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-size pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Dip each salmon piece into the sauce, then coat with panko bread crumbs.
  5. Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2 minutes at the end.
  • Serve with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
