Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chicken breasts, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. If using, add cooked pasta just before serving.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
