Crockpot White Chicken Chili

A delicious and comforting crockpot recipe for white chicken chili that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the white beans, corn, onion, garlic, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the sour cream and cheese before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be garnished with cilantro and additional cheese.
  • Adjust spice levels to your preference by adding jalapeños.
