  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  6. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
  7. Gently fold in the sour cream and fresh raspberries.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
