Gingerbread Latte Mousse Domes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup espresso
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, espresso, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg over medium heat until warm.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in warm water and stir into the mixture until fully incorporated.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before pouring into molds.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Unmold and serve with whipped cream and gingerbread crumbs on top.
