Goat’s Cheese and Ham Focaccia Sandwich with Apricot Jam

A delicious combination of flavors in a cozy sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf focaccia bread
  • 100 grams goat’s cheese
  • 100 grams sliced ham
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 1 handful arugula

Instructions

  1. Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally.
  2. Spread apricot jam on the bottom half of the focaccia.
  3. Add the sliced ham on top of the jam.
  4. Crumble the goat’s cheese over the ham.
  5. Add arugula on top of the cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the bread back on and slice into sandwiches.

Notes

  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
  • Replace goat’s cheese with cream cheese for a milder taste.
