Gordon Ramsay Steak Marinade

A flavorful marinade that elevates the taste of steak, ensuring it’s juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
  4. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Remove steak from the marinade and grill or cook as desired.

Notes

  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes after cooking for maximum juiciness.
  • This marinade works well with various cuts of beef.
