  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, and gorgonzola.
  6. Slice the steak thinly and add it to the salad.
  7. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine.

Notes

  • For best results, marinate the steak in balsamic vinegar for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling.
