- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of turkey bacon.
- Dredge each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
