  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the potato mixture in a baking dish, then add the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Top with the remaining potato mixture and cheese.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender.
