  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, oregano, basil, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and stir until combined.
  3. Fold in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough, form it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
