  • 1 pound ribeye steak
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup sliced vegetables (bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and sriracha together in a small bowl.
  6. Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topping it with steak slices, stir-fried vegetables, and drizzling with spicy cream sauce.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Try adding avocado or kimchi for extra flavors.
