9 lasagna noodles
1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup chicken ham, diced
2 cups marinara sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned, then add the chicken ham and marinara sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg, and season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
