  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned, then add the chicken ham and marinara sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
