Low Carb Baked Big Mac Rice Paper Rolls

A delicious low carb twist on the classic Big Mac, wrapped in rice paper for a lighter take.

Ingredients

  • 8 sheets rice paper
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Big Mac sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop into small pieces.
  3. Prepare the rice paper by softening it in warm water for a few seconds.
  4. On each rice paper, add turkey bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and pickles.
  5. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and roll tightly.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm with additional Big Mac sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can add chopped cucumbers.
  • Experiment with the fillings by adding your favorite burger toppings.
