  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, honey, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Place the skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
