Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, turkey bacon, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  3. Wet the edges with beaten egg, fold the wrapper over the filling, and seal it tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
