- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the corners of the wrapper over the filling and roll up tightly.
- Place on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
