Mini Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls

Mini Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls are a delicious and easy appetizer made with turkey bacon and cream cheese.

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the corners of the wrapper over the filling and roll up tightly.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, fry instead of baking.
  • Adjust the spiciness by using more or fewer jalapeños.
