- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 celery stalks, sliced
