- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons shawarma spice mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken thighs, season with shawarma spice mix, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
