Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted coconut oil.
  3. In another bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fill a donut pan with the batter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
