Pepper Steak in a Crock Pot

  • 1 lb beef steak, sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced steak in the Crock Pot.
  2. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic on top.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the Crock Pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the broth to thicken.
