2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the rice is tender and the casserole is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
