6 slices turkey bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Chop into smaller pieces.
In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, frozen vegetables, cooked rice, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and the cooked turkey bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
