- 2 large portobello mushrooms
- 100 grams chicken ham
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a pan, cook the chicken ham until browned.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom with the cooked ham.
- Crack an egg into each mushroom on top of the ham.
- Bake the mushrooms in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
- Top with guacamole before serving.
