  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Dip chicken breasts in olive oil, then coat with pretzel mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. While the chicken is baking, in a small saucepan, combine mustard and cheddar cheese over low heat until melted and smooth.
