Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned

Instructions

  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika.
  4. Add the pumpkin puree, vegetable broth, black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn.
