- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until steaming.

- Slowly pour the hot pumpkin mixture into the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly.
- Strain the mixture into ramekins.
- Place ramekins in a baking dish filled with hot water.
