Pumpkin With Feta & Honey

A unique and flavorful dish combining the sweetness of pumpkin with the tangy richness of feta and honey.

  • 1 medium pumpkin
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the pumpkin.
  3. In a bowl, toss the pumpkin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the pumpkin on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Once the pumpkin is tender, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Drizzle honey over the pumpkin and crumble feta on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
