  • 1 pound sausage meat
  • 1 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sausage meat, caramelized onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the pastry into rectangles and place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on each.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with the egg wash.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
