- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large saucepan, sauté the onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
- Stir in the flour, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
- Fold in the shrimp and lobster, then transfer to a pie dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar and biscuit dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
