Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, and onions. Bring to a boil.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling dough into the boiling soup. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
