- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- In a large pot, combine the vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, and onions. Bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water until a sticky dough forms.
