  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggnog, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar with some flour to create a crumb topping and sprinkle it over the batter.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
